# Game sounds

Ball strikes for every shot in the game (driver-1 for the driver and 3 wood, strike-1 to 4 for the other clubs) (app/strike-sounds.ts), picked by Brian on 2026-09-24 from the sound lab. Each is one hit cut from the Freesound 128 kbps preview of the recording named, trimmed to start on the strike, faded and peak-levelled to -1 dB (ffmpeg). Each club plays them at its own pitch.
