These standards apply to the available game. The paid-play section describes controls required before paid entry becomes available; paid games are not currently offered.

Play your own game

Your own skill must determine your shots. Do not use bots, scripts, timing manipulation, altered game clients, account sharing or tools that choose or execute competitive shots for you. Do not collude to transfer prizes, deliberately lose, create extra identities, manipulate a leaderboard or exploit a software fault for advantage. Repeated friend play or strong performance alone is not proof of misconduct.

Use only the equipment, practice opportunities and aids the event rules permit. Accessibility tools that do not supply automated competitive decisions are not categorically prohibited. Ask about an accommodation before paid entry so we can offer a consistent fair format. Report a vulnerability privately without accessing other accounts, taking money or disrupting play.

Keep interactions respectful

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or expose another player's private information. Use a respectful display name, share invitations responsibly, and use remove/block controls when appropriate. A host cannot override official rules or demand an extra payment. Report an issue with the event/account reference and a description; do not send authentication codes or sensitive financial documents.

How we investigate

We review relevant server records, integrity signals, payment/identity checks and information from players. Automated flags identify cases for review; they are not conclusive evidence of cheating. We use proportionate action, such as a warning, an event review, temporary paid-entry restriction, a supported disqualification or account suspension. Where lawful, we explain the reason and how to appeal while protecting private information and investigation methods.

Disqualifications and funds holds follow the Paid Competition Terms. We do not confiscate unrelated undisputed money or punish a good-faith complaint. A deleted account does not eliminate an earned-award or refund obligation. Scores and prizes are corrected using the accepted objective rules, not an administrator's preference.

Keep paid play within your limits

Paid competitions are entertainment. You can lose your entire entry price, and they are not an income plan. Use only money you can afford to spend. Do not borrow to enter or increase your spending to recover a loss. Each paid entry requires a separate affirmative action; rematches do not charge automatically.

Before paid entry opens, we will provide visible entry/spending history, configurable entry-spend and time limits, a pause option and voluntary exclusion from paid play. A decrease takes effect immediately for new entries; increasing a limit has a minimum 24-hour delay. A self-selected exclusion lasts at least the chosen period and cannot be bypassed through another account. These controls will not prevent resolution of existing lawful refunds or awards, or access to support and privacy requests.

If play feels hard to control, stop and contact support to restrict new paid entry. The service should make help available without promotional pressure. The paid entry flow will explain available exclusion lengths, treatment of current entries and the process for returning after an exclusion expires.
