For game issues, account questions, privacy requests or a fair-play report, email hello@heckler.golf. Include the issue, browser/device and a relevant event reference if one exists. Never send verification codes, passwords, full payment credentials or government identity documents by ordinary email.
Saves and returning to a game
Browser progress stays on its original device unless an available account feature has synchronized it. Clearing site storage can remove a save or sign you out. Keep the original browser available when asking about missing progress.
Member accounts and verification
When membership is available, sign in with the same number you used to join. Requested SMS codes are for you alone. Check the number and resend timer before requesting another code. If delivery was stopped, follow the supported opt-in process or contact support. A display name, member code or Apple Wallet card alone does not prove account ownership.
If a recovery feature is available, it must be securely set up on your existing account before it can recover that account. A new phone number or email does not automatically inherit an old account.
Privacy and deletion
Use available Account controls or email hello@heckler.golf to request access, correction or deletion. We verify ownership proportionately and explain any information retained for a valid purpose. Removing an Apple Wallet card does not delete an account. The Privacy Policy explains these practices.
Competitions and money
Paid games, deposits and payouts are not currently available. Do not pay another player or someone claiming to be a host on Heckler's behalf. Future official paid entries will show rules, the full price and named payment parties before you agree. See competition policies.
